1. Acceptance
By accessing or purchasing from CLEVSHOP, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Pricing
Prices are displayed in Uganda Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.
4. Orders
We reserve the right to:
- Accept or reject any order.
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud.
- Limit quantities purchased.
Customers will be notified if an order cannot be fulfilled.
5. Payments
Orders may require full payment before dispatch. Accepted payment methods may include:

- Cash on Delivery (where available)
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. CLEVSHOP is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Warranty
Products are covered by applicable manufacturer warranties where provided.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content including logos, images, graphics, text, and product descriptions belongs to CLEVSHOP or its licensors and may not be copied without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Uganda.
11. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
